Sundance 2010 Documentary Film Project...

Fred Mauney, THE PHOENIX, networking the 2010 Sundance Film Festival for prospective producers, writers, and Documentary Film makers to do a documentary on this outrageous US Postal Reward Fraud Story. 

This Misconduct and Fraud will stand in the way of the US Postal Service's request to the US Congress for additional operating funds, estimated to be up to 5 BILLION dollars a year for the next several years.

Impeachment of US District Court Judge Dale Kimball...

Judge Dale Kimball's Order of Default Judgement, pages 09 and 10. Look at page 10 where Judge Dale Kimball is knowingly sending a copy to Kirk Lusty at the Law Dept. of the US Postal Service. 

The American Bar Association Model Code of Judicial Conduct requires a Judge that can not have even the appearance of Impropriety. Just what kind of "Fraud Upon the Court", favor, Quid pro Quo, or bribery is going on here? 

At no time has anyone from the US Postal Service, The US Justice Department, or the US Attorney's Office notified me, Fred Mauney, the plaintiff in this lawsuit ever been notified officially or unofficially of this blatant CONFLICT OF INTEREST! 

A clear and irrefutable Court Documented Case of Misconduct, Corruption, and Fraud of Departments and Agencies of the United States Government.

Upon researching Kirk Lusty and Misconduct and Fraud Upon the Court, Look at this... Page 01-03 are My Docket Sheets on the Postal Reward Fraud Case. Kirk Lusty is listed as the Attorney for the US Postal Service. His listed address turns out not to be a law office or practice, but his home. The US Postal Service is running a law practice out of this man's house? 

Page 04 and 05 are the records from the Salt Lake County Recorders Office. Page 06 is a picture of Kirk Lusty's residence. 

Pages 07 and 08 are Kirk Lusty's Motion to Dismiss. Look at His Title and Address now. This Address is NOT a US Attorney's Office, but in fact it is the South East Regional US Postal Service Offices. How can a Special Assistant US Attorney Office be located in the US Postal Service Offices?

In the American Bar Association's Code of Conduct, this is Fraud/Misconduct/Conflict of Interest.

Postal Reward Fraud Pages 16-21...

pages 16 , 17 and 18 are copies of court documents ( I had filed a lawsuit against the U S Postal Service ) Where the U S Attorney's had filed a Motion to Dismiss which is improper and constitutes misconduct. Pay attention to their names ( Paul Warner is involved in this Justice Department Scandal ( along with U S Senator Orrin Hatch) and the address of the Special Assistant U S Attorney Kirk Lusty appointed by the then Attorney General John Ashcroft. pages 19 and 20 are copies of U S Judge Dale Kimball's " Order to Dismiss" and pay special attention to page 20 certificate of service to Kirk Lusty law department U S Postal Service. Clear documentation of misconduct, fraud, corruption and "FRAUD UPON THE COURT" . The judge is in on it too!! page 21 is cards of the different congressional staff that I have been contact with.
